The Project

The comprehensive Justine Time Yoga project is a yoga, meditation and studying project (Svādhyāya) that, since 2015, offers guided practices as well as yoga and meditation retreats - 3 to 5 days, in Mexico, Spain and France.

The practices are guided by Mélanie Justine Marie Berthaud, a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher, psychoanalyst and heutagogue.
